Terms of sale - Professionals

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern professionals' subscriptions to the Soplany platform: establishment listing, online booking, calendar, reminders, CRM and statistics.

2. Plans and prices

Three plans are offered: Starter (€29 excl. VAT/month, 1 practitioner), Pro (€59 excl. VAT/month, up to 5 practitioners), Clinic (€99 excl. VAT/month, unlimited practitioners). Every new sign-up benefits from a 30-day free trial, with no commitment.

3. Billing and cancellation

The subscription is monthly, billed in advance, and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current month, with no fees or notice period. Invoices are available in the Pro area.

4. Professional's obligations

The professional guarantees the accuracy of the published information (identity, CBE/VAT number, opening hours, prices), honours confirmed bookings and complies with the regulations applicable to their activity. They undertake not to collect health data via the platform.

5. Client data

The professional is the data controller for their clients' data recorded in their CRM. Soplany acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and does not reuse this data for its own purposes.

6. Validation and suspension

Every new listing is verified before publication. Soplany may suspend a listing in the event of a serious breach (misleading information, repeated failure to honour appointments, review fraud), after notification.

7. Ownership

The professional retains full ownership of their content and their client base. In the event of cancellation, they can export their client data upon simple request.

8. Applicable law

Belgian law. Courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
